**COIMBATORE, February 12, 2025** – EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) has opened its first office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, marking a significant expansion in the region. The 22,000 sq. ft. facility at KCT Tech Park was inaugurated Wednesday by Tamil Nadu IT Minister Palanivel Thiaga Rajan and EY GDS Global Operations Leader Manesh Patel.
The new office will concentrate on consulting services, particularly in technology and innovation, encompassing areas such as AI, data analytics, cloud services, cybersecurity, and financial services platforms. According to a press release, the expansion aims to stimulate innovation and drive growth. A panel discussion focused on leveraging Coimbatore’s potential for global capability centers.
