**New Delhi:** The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the date sheet for Class 10 and 12 board exams by the end of January 2025. While the board has yet to release an official notification, the exams are speculated to begin on February 15, 2025, based on previous trends and a recent post on X by PTI.

Following a pattern established in 2023, the exams are likely to commence in February and conclude in April. In 2021 and 2022, the exams were held in May and April respectively, due to pandemic-related disruptions. The upcoming date sheet will include details about the exam days, dates, timings, and general instructions for students.

CBSE recently released information regarding the conduct of practical exams for both Class 10 and 12. Class 10 practical exams will be held from January 1, 2025, overseen by school teachers. Class 12 practical exams, scheduled to commence on February 15, 2025, will be conducted under the supervision of external examiners visiting schools.

The board has also issued a circular detailing the bifurcation of marks for theory, practical, project, and internal assessment (IA) for both classes.
