The IPO comprised a fresh issue of shares totaling ₹600 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹228 crore by promoters Yogesh Dua and Pawan Kumar Garg.
According to data from the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the issue received bids for 1,04,25,935 shares against the 2,63,47,221 shares on offer.
