**NEW YORK** – Bluegrass superstar Billy Strings has added a significant leg to his 2025 tour, extending it into the summer. The expanded tour, however, will bypass New York and New Jersey entirely, focusing instead on the West Coast, Midwest, and Southwest. The run, spanning April through August, includes both solo shows and appearances at Willie Nelson’s Outlaw Music Festival alongside co-headliners Nelson and Bob Dylan.

Strings’ performances are known for their unpredictable setlists, blending tracks from his recently released album “Highway Prayers” with classic covers and selections from his extensive back catalog. Tickets are currently available, with prices ranging from $23 to $506 before fees, according to a New York Post review of Vivid Seats, a verified secondary market ticketing platform.

The Outlaw Music Festival, celebrating its tenth anniversary, features a star-studded lineup including Wilco, The Avett Brothers, Sheryl Crow, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and Lake Street Dive, alongside Nelson, Dylan, and Strings.

A recent Nashville show showcased Strings’ diverse repertoire, including covers by Larry Sparks, Bob Dylan, and traditional bluegrass artists. His sixth studio album, “Highway Prayers,” released in September 2024, is described as a rousing 74-minute journey through bluegrass and Americana.
