**MUMBAI, INDIA** – YouTuber Samay Raina is facing legal repercussions following a controversy surrounding his show, “India’s Got Latent,” which featured inappropriate comments made by fellow panelist Ranveer Allahbadia (“Beer Biceps”). Raina has removed all related videos from his channel and stated he will fully cooperate with authorities. He is currently in the US and a request to delay his police appearance was denied.

The controversy erupted after a clip went viral showing Allahbadia making an offensive remark about sex. The video sparked widespread outrage, prompting Allahbadia to issue a public apology. The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (I&B) and National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) intervened, resulting in the video’s removal from YouTube.

Multiple FIRs have been filed against those involved, including Raina, Allahbadia, and other social media influencers like Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija. Mumbai Police have visited Allahbadia’s residence as part of their investigation. The cybercrime department is now involved and plans to summon all 30 guests who appeared on the show.
