**Mumbai, India –** The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced Thursday that the third edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) will take place from February 14th to March 15th, spanning four Indian cities. The tournament, the world’s most lucrative women’s T20 franchise league, will see matches played in Vadodara, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai.

The action kicks off in Vadodara at the newly-constructed BCA Stadium, hosting the first six games. Bengaluru’s Chinnaswamy Stadium will then host eight matches, followed by four in Lucknow at the Ekana Stadium, including three featuring the local UP Warriorz. The final four matches, including the Eliminator on March 13th and the final on March 15th, will be played at the CCI Stadium in Mumbai.

The league phase, featuring the five teams – Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Mumbai Indians, UP Warriorz, Gujarat Giants, and Delhi Capitals – will consist of single-header matches with no double-headers. All matches will commence at 7:30 PM IST. The top team after the league stage progresses directly to the final, while the second and third-placed teams will compete in the Eliminator. The reigning champions, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, will begin their title defense against Gujarat Giants in Vadodara.
