LOS ANGELES – The UFC 311 weigh-ins concluded with a major surprise: Arman Tsarukyan, originally scheduled to face Islam Makhachev for the lightweight title, is out of the fight. The official weigh-in, livestreamed Friday, revealed Tsarukyan’s absence, leaving Makhachev without an opponent for the main event of Saturday’s card.
