**Mumbai, January 16, 2025** – The critically acclaimed Malayalam black comedy action thriller, *Rifle Club*, is now available for streaming on Netflix. The film, directed by Aashiq Abu and featuring the Malayalam debut of Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap and rapper Hanumankind, was a box office success following its December 19th theatrical release.

Netflix announced the film’s arrival on its platform today, sharing a poster with the tagline, “The first rule of Rifle Club, you don’t mess with the members of the club.” The streaming service offers the film in its original Malayalam along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

*Rifle Club* follows a renowned actor who joins a rifle club to prepare for a hunting role. The situation becomes chaotic when a couple fleeing an arms dealer seeks refuge at the same location.

Kashyap, who praised the collaborative and non-hierarchical nature of the Malayalam film industry, stated that a film like *Rifle Club* could never be made in Bollywood. He highlighted the camaraderie and focus on storytelling in the South Indian film industry as key differentiators.

The film, written by Syam Pushkaran, Dileesh Karunakaran, and Suhas, also stars Vijayaraghavan, Dileesh Pothan, Vani Viswanath, Suresh Krishna, Vineeth Kumar, and Surabhi Lakshmi. Filming took place across various locations in Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.
