Fri Jan 17 11:45:30 UTC 2025: ## IIM Sambalpur Launches First Full-Time MBA in Business Analytics in Delhi, Offers Dual Degree with AIT Thailand
**New Delhi, India –** The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur has announced the launch of its inaugural full-time MBA program in Business Analytics at its Delhi campus. The program, designed for STEM graduates with at least one year of relevant work experience, aims to equip students with the skills needed to navigate the increasingly data-driven business world. Admission requires a high CAT percentile score.
This launch coincides with IIM Sambalpur’s signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand. This collaboration offers a unique dual-degree program in Business Analytics. Students will spend their first year at IIM Sambalpur’s Delhi campus, with the option to pursue their second year at AIT, a top-ranked institution (ranked 23rd in Asia and among the top 200 globally by QS Global MBA Rankings in 2024). Graduates will receive a dual degree and a one-year extended work visa for Thailand, facilitating international career opportunities.
Approximately 70 students will be admitted to the program. This new offering adds to IIM Sambalpur’s existing dual-degree programs, including an MBA in Fintech Management with Sorbonne Business School (Paris) and an Executive PhD and DBA program with Bordeaux University School of Management. The program addresses the rising global demand for professionals skilled in advanced analytics, big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning within business contexts.
