MUMBAI, INDIA – Aman Jaiswal, a 23-year-old television actor best known for his role in the Hindi serial *Dhartiputra Nandini*, died in a road accident on Friday in Mumbai. The accident occurred on the Jogeshwari Western Express Highway when Jaiswal, reportedly on his way to an audition, was struck by a truck.
Jaiswal, a native of Balia, Uttar Pradesh, played the lead role in *Dhartiputra Nandini* and also appeared in other serials, including *Punyashlok Ahilyabai* on Sony TV. He began his career as a model and also had a role in *Udaariyaan*.
The news of his death was confirmed by Dhiraj Mishra, the writer of *Dhartiputra Nandini*, via social media. Mishra expressed his grief and paid tribute to the late actor.
The incident is currently under investigation.
