THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, January 10, 2025 – Renowned lyricist Shrikumaran Thampi has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of veteran playback singer P. Jayachandran. Thampi, who shared a long-standing professional and personal relationship with Jayachandran, described the singer as a man who, despite lacking formal musical training, possessed exceptional classical and semi-classical singing abilities.
