**Altoona, WI** – Wisconsin’s Badgers and Marquette’s Golden Eagles women’s volleyball teams will face tough competition this Friday, November 13th, in their respective NCAA Tournament third-round matches. Both teams are hoping for some Friday the 13th luck as they battle for a spot in the regional championships.
The second-seeded Badgers will take on sixth-seeded Texas A&M in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the Lincoln Regional hosted by top-seed Nebraska. Meanwhile, the fifth-seeded Golden Eagles travel to State College, Pennsylvania, to challenge top-seeded and regional host Penn State.
A victory for both teams would set up a highly anticipated national semifinal matchup between the in-state rivals next Sunday. The regional championship games are scheduled for Sunday, November 15th.
