BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo Sabres kick off a crucial four-game homestand at KeyBank Center tonight against the Edmonton Oilers, hoping to build on the momentum from their thrilling come-from-behind overtime victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday. After erasing a 4-1 deficit, the Sabres snapped a five-game winless streak and are looking to translate that desperation and resilience into a winning streak at home, where they’ve earned points in seven of their last eight games (5-1-2).
