Raipur, November 1, 2025 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the Shanti Shikhar center for spiritual learning and meditation, run by Brahma Kumaris, in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The event marked a day of significant activity for the Prime Minister, who emphasized India’s commitment to global aid and national development.

In his address, Modi highlighted India’s proactive role as a “first responder” and reliable partner in addressing global crises. “Whenever a crisis arises anywhere in the world today, whenever a disaster strikes, India steps forward as a reliable partner to provide help. India is always the first responder,” he stated.

The Prime Minister reiterated his government’s focus on the Viksit Bharat mission, emphasizing that national progress hinges on the development of individual states. “Guided by the mantra that the development of the state leads to the development of the nation, the government is engaged in the Viksit Bharat mission to make India developed,” Modi said.

Earlier in the day, Modi participated in the ‘Dil Ki Baat’ program, interacting with 2,500 children who had successfully undergone treatment for congenital heart diseases at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital in Nava Raipur.
