**Josh Holloway: From Island Castaway to Dedicated Dad**

**LOS ANGELES, CA -** Actor Josh Holloway, best known for his roles in “Lost” and “Yellowstone,” is a proud father of two, daughter Java (15) and son Hunter (10), with his wife of nearly two decades, Yessica Kumala Holloway.

The couple, who met in 1999 before Holloway’s rise to fame, initially hadn’t planned on having children but embraced parenthood after discovering their deep connection. They welcomed Java in 2009, while Holloway was filming “Lost” in Oahu, Hawaii, and Hunter in 2014.

Holloway has frequently spoken about how fatherhood has inspired him. “It’s made me hungry, and so joyous about life in general,” he told PEOPLE in 2010. “I feel a responsibility to be a better human being. To be [Java’s] hero. I mean, I gotta be. I will be.”

Java, now a teenager, is a runner and baker who inspires her father. Hunter, a keen swimmer, shares his father’s love of music. Holloway enjoys sharing adventures with his children, from camping trips where Java released a caught fish back into the wild, to beach vacations.

Holloway often shares glimpses into his family life on social media, celebrating his children’s milestones and expressing his love and pride.
