**Palakkad, Kerala – May 7, 2025** – Excise officers in Kerala intercepted a man carrying ₹1.65 crore in unaccounted cash during a routine vehicle check at Walayar on Wednesday. Parthasarathy, a resident of Andhra Pradesh, was apprehended while traveling on a private bus from Bengaluru to Kochi. Authorities stated the large sum was allegedly being transported for gold business dealings. The incident is currently under investigation.
