Wed May 07 12:20:00 UTC 2025: ## Chhattisgarh 10th Board Results Announced: Improved Pass Percentage, Top Performers Revealed

**Raipur, May 7, 2025** – The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) declared the results for the Class 10 board examinations today at 3 PM. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai announced the results at a press conference in Raipur, bringing an end to the anticipation of 3.21 lakh students.

The pass percentage this year stands at 76.53%, a slight improvement over last year’s 75.64%. Ishika Bala and Naman Kumar topped the exams with 99.17%, while Livyansh Devangan secured second place with 99%. Riya Kewat, Hemlata Patel, and Tipesh Prasad Yadav shared the third rank with 98.83%.

Students can access their results on the official CGBSE websites: cgbse.nic.in and results.cg.nic.in. A direct link is also available on aajtak.in.

Students who failed one or two subjects can appear for supplementary examinations in July 2025. Those dissatisfied with their results can apply for re-evaluation within 15 days. Students will now proceed to select their preferred streams (Science, Commerce, Arts) for Class 11 admissions. The Class 10 exams were held from March 3rd to 24th, 2025, requiring a minimum of 33% in each subject and overall.

The announcement follows a similar trend of improved pass percentages compared to previous years. Last year’s Class 10 pass percentage was 75.64%, compared to 75.05% in 2023.
