**CHICAGO –** The Chicago Bulls secured their place in the NBA Eastern Conference play-in tournament with a dominant 137-118 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Tuesday night. Coby White, fresh off his Eastern Conference Player of the Month award for March, led the Bulls with 28 points. Talen Horton-Tucker added 27 points, and Nikola Vucevic contributed a near triple-double with 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 7 assists.

The Bulls seized control late in the first quarter, outscoring the Raptors 30-13 to end the period and never relinquished their lead. They extended their advantage to as many as 28 points, fueled by a strong third quarter where they outscored Toronto 32-22. Chicago dominated the paint (70-44) and the boards (49-35), and also enjoyed a significant edge at the free throw line (23-of-27 compared to Toronto’s 10-of-11).

Ja’Kobe Walter led the Raptors with 17 points, while Immanuel Quickley added 17 points and 9 assists. Despite winning four of their last five games, the Raptors’ playoff hopes were extinguished by the loss.

The Bulls’ victory sets up a Friday night home game against the Portland Trail Blazers, while the Raptors host the Blazers on Thursday.
