**Miami, FL** – The Concacaf Gold Cup 2025 draw will be a televised event on April 10th at 7:00 pm ET, Concacaf announced today. The tournament, running from June 14th to July 6th, will feature 16 teams across 14 stadiums in the US and Canada. This includes 15 Concacaf nations and guest nation Saudi Arabia. The final will be held at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, a first for the Gold Cup.
Eight teams have already qualified through the Concacaf Nations League: Canada, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, Mexico, Panama, and the United States. Seven more will emerge from the Gold Cup Preliminary Round (Prelims), concluding March 25th. The Prelims feature 14 teams competing in seven home-and-away matchups.
The draw will utilize a double-blind system with eight pots. Pots 1-4 will contain teams, seeded based on Concacaf rankings (published after the Prelims), with the champion and top three teams in Pot 1 and Saudi Arabia in Pot 4. Pots 5-8 contain group assignments (A-D). Mexico (reigning champions) and the top three ranked teams will be pre-seeded into Groups A-D respectively.
