HYDERABAD, March 19, 2025 – Telangana Finance Minister T. Harish Rao presented the state’s annual budget for 2025-26 in the Assembly today. The budget, totaling ₹3,04,965 crore, includes a significant allocation of ₹18,000 crore for the Rythu Bharosa scheme, aimed at supporting farmers. The state’s per capita income for 2024-25 was reported as ₹3,79,751 crore, with revenue expenditure at ₹2,26,982 crore and capital expenditure at ₹36,504 crore.
