**Chennai, March 14, 2025** – Representatives from the Joint Action Council of Tamil Nadu Teachers’ Organisations and Government Employees Organisations (JACTTO-GEO) met with Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Thursday to present their demands ahead of the upcoming 2025-26 Tamil Nadu budget. The meeting, which took place at the Secretariat in Chennai, included Ministers E.V. Velu and Thangam Thennarasu, Chief Secretary N. Muruganandam, and other senior officials. An official government release confirmed the presentation of the demands. The budget is scheduled to be presented to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly on Friday.
