Mon Mar 10 21:20:00 UTC 2025: ## Vikings Sign Safety Bubba Bolden
**Minneapolis, MN** – The Minnesota Vikings announced Monday the signing of safety Bubba Bolden. The 24-year-old Bolden, who went undrafted out of Miami in 2022, joins the Vikings after a brief stint with the Seattle Seahawks and a period on the Cleveland Browns’ practice squad.
Bolden’s NFL journey has been a circuitous one. After his initial signing with Seattle, he was released within months. He then joined the Browns’ practice squad, later returning on a futures contract before being waived with an injury settlement.
Despite his NFL journey, Bolden boasts a solid college career. During his four seasons at USC and Miami, he played in 36 games, accumulating 92 tackles, two sacks, two interceptions, five forced fumbles, and six pass breakups. The Vikings hope his experience and skillset will contribute to their defensive efforts this season.
