**SEOUL, South Korea —** Samsung has announced the upcoming rollout of its Android 15-based One UI 7 update, beginning with a beta program this week. While initially available only for the Galaxy S24 series, the beta will now expand to include the Galaxy S23, Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6, Tab S10+, and select A-series devices. The public release is scheduled for April, but will be phased.

This release marks a significant delay for Samsung, which typically releases One UI updates within a month of Google’s Android release. While Samsung has not officially confirmed specific release dates, leaks suggest the Galaxy S24 series will receive the update around April 18th, 2025, followed by the S23 series on April 25th, and other devices later in May.
