**Nashville, TN –** A significant winter storm is blanketing Middle Tennessee, prompting school closures and travel warnings across the region. The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for northern counties from 9 p.m. Tuesday to noon Wednesday, anticipating widespread travel disruptions due to slippery roads and significant snowfall.
