**JPMorgan Asset Management to Liquidate Sustainable Infrastructure ETF**

**NEW YORK, Feb. 18, 2025** – J.P. Morgan Asset Management announced today that it will liquidate the JPMorgan Sustainable Infrastructure ETF (BLLD), effective March 21, 2025. Trading of BLLD on Nasdaq will cease on that date. Shareholders can buy and sell shares at market prices until then.

Proceeds from the liquidation will be distributed to shareholders on or around March 28, 2025, at net asset value. Shareholders holding shares on the liquidation date will receive a cash distribution directly into their brokerage accounts. Tax implications may arise from this distribution, and shareholders are advised to consult a tax advisor.
