Wed Feb 12 11:55:25 UTC 2025: ## Mega Job Expo to be Held in Alappuzha
**ALAPPUZHA, Feb 12, 2025** – A major job expo, part of the Vijnana Keralam campaign, will be held at SD College, Alappuzha on February 15th. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the event online at 10 a.m. The expo is expected to attract over 170 companies, including 100 international and national firms and 70 regional companies.
Alappuzha District Panchayat President K.G. Rajeshwari announced that 41,221 of the 45,000 applications received have already been forwarded to participating companies. Those who haven’t applied can register on-site at SD College on February 15th.
In addition to the main expo, a virtual interview for 5,000 L&T job openings will be conducted at 18 locations across the district on February 14th. The openings are for male candidates with ITI qualifications. Another virtual interview with 70 companies will take place at SD College Hall at 10 a.m. on February 14th.
