**Doha, February 3, 2025:** The KMCC (Kerala Muslim Cultural Centre) Qatar Navotsav 2K24 sports festival commenced with a vibrant cricket tournament at the Old Ideal School Ground. Nine teams representing various districts including Kasaragod, Kannur, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Malappuram, Palakkad, Thrissur, and Al Khor Area South Zone are participating in the competition.

The tournament was officially inaugurated by Shamsudheen Bin Muhyadheen, Chairman of the Dubai KMCC Advisory Committee and Founder & Chairman of Regency Group. Dr. Abdu Samad, State President of KMCC, and Salim Nalakat, General Secretary, welcomed the attendees, while Ashraf Aaralam delivered the vote of thanks. Several KMCC officials and sports wing representatives played a key role in organizing the event.
