**Amaravati, January 25, 2025** – Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Politburo member and MLA Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy has accused YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) Member of Parliament Vijay Sai Reddy of resigning to evade accountability for alleged wrongdoings and to protect his son-in-law’s company, Aurobindo Pharma.

Reddy’s comments came in response to Vijay Sai Reddy’s recent resignation from Parliament. Somireddy questioned the timing and motives behind the resignation, suggesting it was a reaction to potential legal repercussions. He further alleged that the resignation is not an isolated incident and predicted more resignations within the YSRCP in the coming days.

Somireddy accused Vijay Sai Reddy of amassing ill-gotten wealth during his political career, demanding an explanation for the alleged crores of rupees lost to the state. He also challenged Reddy’s claim to take up farming post-resignation, questioning the source of funds for such an endeavor.
