**New Delhi, [Date]** – Olympic medalist PV Sindhu is set to sign a lucrative four-year endorsement deal worth ₹16 crore (approximately $1.9 million USD) with a leading sports equipment brand. Sources indicate that Sindhu was also courted by two other global brands offering similar contracts. This follows the end of her ambassadorship with Li-Ning. While Sindhu’s recent performance on the BWF World Tour has been mixed, including a title win at the Syed Modi India International and early exits in other tournaments, her marketability remains strong.

Meanwhile, Sindhu will spearhead a 14-member Indian badminton team at the Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships in Qingdao, China (February 11-16, 2025).
