**Puducherry, January 24, 2025** – The Puducherry chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) has announced its new leadership team for the next two years. The inauguration ceremony, attended by Chief Minister N. Rangasamy and Home Minister A. Nammasivayam, included real estate developers from across Tamil Nadu, government officials, and industry experts.

S. Thangamanimaran has assumed the role of president, with V. Vidjea Nehru as vice president, S. Selvamuthukumaran as secretary, B. Maheshvarane as joint secretary, and R. Karunanithi as treasurer. The 27-member chapter aims to foster sustainable development, innovation, and effective policy advocacy within the Puducherry real estate sector.
