**SEATTLE, WA –** The Iowa Hawkeyes women’s basketball team will be without key player Hannah Stuelke for their crucial matchup against the Washington Huskies tonight at Alaska Airlines Arena. Stuelke, a sophomore forward averaging 12.9 points and a team-high 8.2 rebounds per game, remains in concussion protocol following an injury sustained on January 16th against Nebraska. She missed Sunday’s loss to Oregon and will not travel with the team to Seattle.
The Hawkeyes (12-7, 2-6 Big Ten) will need to find ways to compensate for Stuelke’s absence against the Huskies (13-6, 4-3 Big Ten). Her significant contributions in scoring, rebounding, and assists will be sorely missed.
