**Chennai, January 23, 2025** – A new mobile application designed to improve passenger experience at the Kalaignar Centenary Bus Terminus (KCBT) in Kilambakkam was launched on Tuesday. Developed by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA), the “KCBT” app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
The app provides comprehensive information on bus services, including schedules, routes, platform details, and travel times for both the State Express Transport Corporation (SETC) and Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC). It also offers directions to the terminus from any location and allows passengers to contact customer service and submit grievances directly through the app. CMDA Minister P.K. Sekarbabu officially launched the app, highlighting its aim to simplify travel planning and enhance accessibility for all users.
