**Visakhapatnam, January 23, 2025** – Several train services in the Waltair division of the East Coast Railway will be affected from January 30th due to safety-related modernization works on the Kottavalasa-Kirandul section. According to K. Saandeep, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, the following changes will be implemented:

* **Train No. 58501 (Visakhapatnam-Kirandul Passenger):** This train, departing Visakhapatnam on January 30th, will be short-terminated at Koraput.
* **Train No. 58502 (Kirandul-Visakhapatnam Passenger):** This train will originate from Koraput instead of Kirandul on January 30th.
* **Train No. 18107 (Rourkela-Jagdalpur Express):** Departing Rourkela on January 29th, this train will be short-terminated at Koraput.
* **Train No. 18108 (Jagdalpur-Rourkela Express):** This train will originate from Koraput instead of Jagdalpur on January 30th.

Passengers are advised to check train schedules before travelling. The modernization works are expected to improve safety on the railway line.
