**Aguascalientes, Mexico –** Club América’s women’s team dominated Necaxa’s Centellas in a Liga MX Femenil match on Thursday, securing a resounding 5-0 victory. The match, played at Necaxa’s home stadium before a small crowd, saw América control the game from start to finish.
Necaxa held strong for the first 30 minutes, but América broke the deadlock in the 31st minute with a stunning goal by Aylin Aviléz. Two more goals followed before halftime, courtesy of Priscila Flor and Jana Gutiérrez, giving América a comfortable 3-0 lead at the break.
The second half continued in the same vein, with América adding two more goals. Nicolette Hernández and Daniela Espinosa each found the back of the net, sealing a 5-0 win for the Águilas.
The loss leaves Necaxa winless and goalless after three games, raising concerns for coach Teresa Worbis. América, meanwhile, continues its strong start to the season.
