**New Delhi, India** – Kia Motors revealed its highly anticipated all-electric crossover, the EV6, at the India Mobility Global Expo 2025. This marks Kia’s first fully electric vehicle offering in the Indian market. The EV6, previously showcased at the Los Angeles International Auto Show, boasts a redesigned 2025 model with upgraded features and technology.
The updated EV6 features LED DRL headlights, 19-inch and 20-inch black and white alloy wheels, and distinctive LED taillights. Inside, drivers will find a modern infotainment system with a touchscreen, a driver’s instrument cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, and a redesigned two-spoke steering wheel with a fingerprint sensor for keyless start. Advanced features include an electronic control system, over-the-air (OTA) updates for navigation, a digital rearview mirror, a 12-inch heads-up display, and an augmented reality navigation system.
Powering the EV6 is an 84 kWh battery pack delivering a range of 494 km on a single charge. The battery supports 350 kW DC fast charging, enabling a 10% to 80% charge in just 18 minutes. The standard rear-wheel-drive variant produces 225 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. Kia has also incorporated improved frequency-selective dampers to enhance ride comfort, reduce motor noise, and improve safety.
Pricing for the Kia EV6 will be announced in March 2025.
