**Gwalior, MP:** A young man from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, died suddenly in a Gwalior hotel under mysterious circumstances. Divyanshu, employed by a private company, had checked into the Maxon Hotel in Thatipur while on a business trip. Police discovered alcohol bottles and wrappers of sex enhancement drugs in the room.
Divyanshu had reportedly invited his girlfriend from Delhi to the hotel on Tuesday night. After approximately an hour together, he experienced sudden discomfort, including anxiety and sweating. His girlfriend alerted hotel staff, who contacted the police and rushed him to a nearby hospital, but he died before treatment could begin.
Police have detained Divyanshu’s girlfriend for questioning and are awaiting the arrival of his family from Lucknow before conducting a post-mortem. Doctors suspect an overdose of sex enhancement drugs, possibly exacerbated by alcohol consumption, may have caused the death, though the exact cause will be determined by the autopsy report. ASP Akhilesh Renwal stated that the investigation is ongoing.
