**Hyderabad:** Dil Raju, chairman of the Telangana Film Development Corporation (TFDC) and prominent film producer, has pledged his support to the family of Revati, who tragically lost her life in the stampede at the Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad. He visited Sri Tej, who was seriously injured in the incident and is currently receiving treatment at KIMS Hospital, on Tuesday.
Speaking to the media after his visit, Dil Raju expressed his sorrow over the incident. He stated that he had recently met with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and will soon meet with Allu Arjun to discuss the ongoing situation and formulate a plan of action. He aims to act as a bridge between the film industry and the government to prevent future such incidents and provide comprehensive support to the affected families.
Specifically, Dil Raju assured that he will assist Revati’s husband, Bhaskar, in securing employment. He confirmed that Sri Tej’s health is improving and is receiving excellent medical care. He emphasized that the Sandhya Theater incident was an accident and not intentional, refuting rumors of government neglect towards the film industry. He highlighted the CM’s commitment to supporting the industry. He further stated that he will work to ensure no further such tragedies occur. DCC president Rohin Reddy accompanied Dil Raju during the hospital visit.
