**TIRUPATI, December 20, 2024** – Amara Raja Group celebrated its 39th Foundation Day on Friday, announcing a new strategic focus for 2025 centered around “3X”: Exceed, Expand, and Excel. The announcement was made by group chairman Jayadev Galla at the celebrations held at their Karakambadi campus. Galla emphasized the group’s excitement for future challenges while celebrating past achievements.

The event also included the presentation of a ₹3 lakh cash prize to three rural entrepreneurs, who will receive mentorship from Amara Raja Group leaders across various departments for a year. The founder-chairperson, Ramachandra N. Galla, and former Minister Galla Arunakumari presented the awards. Inspiring remarks were delivered by visually-challenged entrepreneur Srikanth Bolla.
