**Yendagandi, Andhra Pradesh:** A resident of Yendagandi village in West Godavari district, Naga Tulsi, was left horrified after receiving a parcel containing the body of an unidentified man instead of the promised electrical appliances. The incident occurred Thursday night when a delivery person dropped off the box at her home, claiming it contained items from the Kshatriya Seva Samithi, an organization she had contacted for financial assistance in building her house.

Tulsi, who had previously received building tiles from the Samithi, had requested further aid, including electrical fittings. After receiving a WhatsApp message confirming the delivery, she opened the parcel to discover the deceased individual. A ransom note demanding ₹1.30 crore and threatening the family was also found inside.

The police were immediately notified and arrived at the scene. The body, believed to be that of a male approximately 45 years old and possibly deceased for 4-5 days, was sent to a government hospital for an autopsy to determine the cause of death and identify the victim. Police are investigating whether the death was a murder.

District Superintendent of Police Adnan Nayeem Asmi personally visited the village to oversee the investigation. Police are questioning representatives of the Kshatriya Seva Samithi and are examining missing persons reports from nearby police stations to identify the victim and the perpetrators. The investigation is ongoing.
