NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the final results for the 2024 GD Constable recruitment. A total of 43,421 candidates have been selected, comprising 38,603 men and 4,818 women. The results are available on the SSC website, ssc.gov.in. An additional 845 candidates’ results have been withheld.
The recruitment drive, for 46,617 positions, involved a written exam held from February 20 to March 7 and March 30, 2024. The results of this exam were released on July 10, 2024, shortlisting 351,176 candidates (39,440 women and 311,736 men) for the physical endurance test (PET) and physical standard test (PST). Over 5.2 million applicants had applied for the 2025 GD Constable recruitment.
