Second-half goals from Manvir Singh (65th minute) and Liston Colaco (71st minute) proved decisive, handing the Mariners their sixth clean sheet of the season and a crucial three points.

Despite NorthEast United enjoying periods of dominance, particularly in the second half, it was Mohun Bagan who capitalized on their opportunities. Colaco had earlier struck the post in the 10th minute. Singh’s stunning curler broke the deadlock, shifting the momentum decisively in favor of the visitors.
