**Delhi, India –** Punjab FC secured a crucial 2-0 victory over Mohammedan SC at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Friday, propelling them to third place in the Indian Super League (ISL) table. Second-half goals from Luka Majcen and Filip Mrzlijak, scored within eight minutes of each other, proved decisive for Punjab FC, who now boast 18 points from nine matches.

Despite possessing only 37% of the ball and managing just seven shots on goal, Punjab FC showcased clinical finishing, capitalizing on their limited opportunities.
