**THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, December 4, 2024** – Kerala Tourism launched a revamped website today, aiming to enhance the state’s global tourism appeal. The new portal, http://www.keralatourism.org, offers a user-friendly experience in over 20 languages, providing comprehensive information on hotels, homestays, Ayurveda centers, and cultural attractions.

Built using modern technologies like ReactJS and Python Flask, the website boasts improved navigation, high-resolution images, engaging videos, and interactive features such as a travel planner, live webcast, and a user-generated content section. The site also includes a vast library of 360-degree and royalty-free videos.

Tourism Minister P.A. Mohamed Riyas highlighted the website’s potential to showcase Kerala’s diverse offerings to a global audience. The previous website attracted over 10 million visitors and 20 million page views in 2023-24, demonstrating the state’s online tourism reach. The upgraded site aims to build on this success, providing a seamless and informative experience for potential visitors.
