**Jhalawar, Rajasthan:** A horrific incident unfolded in Jaitkhedi village, Jhalawar district, Rajasthan, on Tuesday, where a couple allegedly murdered their two young sons before taking their own lives. Police discovered Nagu Singh (30) and Santoshbai (23) hanging in their home, along with their five-year-old son, Yuvraj Singh, also hanged. Their one-year-old son was found dead on the bed, apparently strangled.
Jhalwar SP Richa Tomar confirmed the deaths, stating the older child was hanged and the younger strangled. Initial investigations suggest a family dispute may have been the motive. The tragedy came to light when the children’s aunt discovered the bodies Tuesday morning and alerted authorities. Despite being rushed to a Chaumahla hospital, all four were declared dead on arrival. Nagu Singh was a farmer, and his father, a truck driver, was absent at the time. Autopsies are underway, and police will register a case based on family statements following the completion of post-mortem procedures.
