**COIMBATORE, December 3, 2024** – Pricol Limited announced today the acquisition of Sundaram Auto Components Ltd (SACL)’s injection moulding business for ₹215.2 crore. The acquisition, conducted through Pricol Precision Products Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary), is an all-cash deal and is expected to add nearly ₹730 crore to Pricol’s consolidated topline.

SACL, a prominent player in the automotive components sector, brings strong financial performance to the acquisition. The deal allows Pricol to establish an independent injection moulding business vertical, expand its customer base, and broaden its product offerings by leveraging synergies between the two companies.

Vikram Mohan, Managing Director of Pricol, stated that the acquisition will enable Pricol and SACL to become an integrated solutions provider, fostering innovation and sustainable growth. K. Gopala Desikan, Group CFO of TVS Motor Company (SACL’s parent company), expressed satisfaction with the deal, highlighting its alignment with TVS Motor Company’s strategic capital allocation plans. The acquisition is subject to standard adjustments as defined in the agreement.
