**New Delhi, December 3, 2024** – The Winter Session of Parliament saw a breakthrough today as the government and opposition reached an agreement to discuss the Constitution in both Houses, ending a stalemate. However, the Congress party, while agreeing to the discussion, announced plans for a protest outside Parliament on Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. concerning the Adani issue.
