**Vijayawada, December 3, 2024** – The Chief Secretaries of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana held a coordination meeting on Monday in Mangalagiri to address outstanding issues stemming from the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act of 2014 (APRA). Neerabh Kumar Prasad (Andhra Pradesh) and A. Santhi Kumari (Telangana) led the discussions, focusing on the division of institutions listed under Schedules 9 and 10 of the APRA. While some progress has been made previously, these matters remain unresolved.

The meeting also covered crucial topics such as outstanding electricity payments owed by Telangana to Andhra Pradesh, the apportionment of funds for institutions awaiting division, and the sharing of tax revenue. This latest meeting follows earlier discussions between Chief Ministers N. Chandrababu Naidu and A. Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad this past July. The two states continue to work towards a resolution of these long-standing issues.
