**Hyderabad, November 30, 2024** – The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB)’s One-Time Settlement (OTS) scheme for outstanding water bills is ending today, November 30th. The scheme, which offered a waiver of interest and late fees on outstanding payments, was initially launched in October but extended due to the Diwali festival and associated travel.

Officials urged residents with overdue bills to take advantage of the final day to settle their accounts without penalty. Payments can be made at HMWS&SB offices, Mee-Seva centers, directly to area linemen, or online at http://www.hyderabadwater.gov.in.

The board has warned that after today, action will be taken against users with outstanding arrears, including potential service disconnections. Further extensions are unlikely.
