**Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, Nov 27, 2024** – Epack Prefab, a pre-engineered building (PEB) construction company, has set a new world record for the fastest construction of an industrial building. The company constructed a massive 150,000 sq ft industrial facility in just 150 hours (6.25 days) in the Mamballapuram Industrial Estate near Tirupati. This feat has earned them a place in the Golden Book of World Records.
Typically, constructing a facility of this size takes two to three months, even with expedited construction. Epack Prefab’s achievement represents a significant advancement in speed and efficiency in the construction industry. The facility was officially inaugurated on Tuesday.
