**Palamu, Jharkhand:** Union Home Minister Amit Shah launched a scathing attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of insulting the Constitution by displaying a “fake” copy. Addressing a BJP rally in Palamu, Shah claimed that the copy shown by Gandhi was devoid of content and only had the cover resembling the Indian Constitution. He called this an attempt to mock the Constitution and an insult to B.R. Ambedkar and the Constituent Assembly.
Shah also slammed the Congress party’s alleged plans to implement reservations for minorities, stating that the BJP will never allow religion-based reservations. He accused the Congress of being against OBC quotas and attempting to snatch them from Dalits, tribals, and OBCs.
Shah further condemned the Congress’s alleged attempts to restore Article 370 in Kashmir, declaring that it would never happen, even to the fourth generation of the Congress leadership. He reiterated that Kashmir is an integral part of India.
Focusing on the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections, Shah targeted the JMM-led government, calling it the most corrupt in the country. He directed his criticism towards Chief Minister Hemant Soren, accusing him of corruption and dismissing his claims of infiltration as a BJP political agenda.
The elections for the 81-member Jharkhand Assembly are scheduled for November 13th and 20th, with the counting of votes on November 23rd.
